Cathedral Re-opens

The Cathedral is OPEN FOR PRAYER at the following times: Monday to Friday, 11 am – 6 pm; Saturday from 11 am – 5.30 pm and Sunday from 1.30 pm – 5.30 pm. Parishioners are asked to be very attentive to the protocols for social distancing and the one-way system in operation for access tot he candle shrines.

Touchpoints will be disinfected throughout the day.

Please respect the guidance of the stewards at the entrance.

We know a great number of our parishioners are anxious to visit the Cathedral! Take your time; come when it is quiet, probably during the week.

We must all bear in mind coronavirus is not yet defeated and remains highly contagious. For the considerable period of time we must demonstrate responsibility and respect towards one another in observing the protocols that are proposed to us. Let’s take a lead in doing this a Parish Community. This will help us to get back to public Masses at the earliest possibility.
