SUPPORTING YOUR PARISH

A sincere word of thanks to everyone who continues to contribute to the Cathedral in different ways. This ensures the upkeep of the Cathedral and also of the Parish cemeteries.

If you would like to contribute weekly towards the upkeep of the Cathedral and Parish, we can issue a Box of Sunday Envelopes to you (please phone the Parish Office – 0749121021) or we could advise as to the most convenient way to do so electronically?

  • For any Parishioner(s) using the ‘Online Banking’ facility, you will need our IBAN Number. It is as follows: IE39BOFI90491556668632.
Please ensure that you include your First Name and Surname to appear on the Cathedral Bank Statement.
  •  You can now donate online using idonate at the following link:

https://www.idonate.ie/donation_widget/register-donor-anonymous.php?pid=5254

Please click the red ‘donate’ button at the top of our website page and choose “Cathedral” – or indeed your own Parish if not a Parishioner here. It is very simple: just follow the steps and you can even specify your Weekly envelope number. This is administered through the Diocesan Office, but all donations will go to the Parish you choose and not to the Diocese, unless you choose specifically to make a donation to the Diocese or one of the diocesan apostolates.

At the Cathedral we have a number of ‘Special Collections’ as follows: Feast of the Epiphany (6th January), Parish Youth Ministry (21st January); Emigrant Collection (18th February); Vocations to the Priesthood (17th March); Holy Land/Holy Places (29th March); Peter’s Pence (29th June); Sacred Vestments & Vessels (13th August); Mission Sunday (20th October); Upkeep of Parish Graveyards (1st November); Retired Clergy (24th November); Parish Building Fund (monthly) and  Christmas Gift to Priests and Bishop (25th December).  If you wish to donate to any of the above collections during the year, either by Direct Debit or iDonate, please make sure to specify the collection you have chosen.

Thank you for your continued support.

Fr. Kevin Gillespie, Administrator
